Dispatcher

Dispatcher - Full Time Day Position

Feldkamps Towing in Urbana, IL is looking for a Full-time Dispatcher this would be a 1ST shift position and every other weekend. Hours are 9AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Friday and 7am-3pm every other weekend.

Duties:

• Answer phones.
• Dispatch Drivers.
• Complete all steps to releasing a vehicle.
• Data Entry.

Qualifications:

• Ability to type while taking information and asking questions.
• Ability to focus and multi-task with multiple phone lines ringing and customers coming in.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Follow detailed instructions.
• Knowledge of vehicles.
• Experience preferred but will train the right person.

Hourly wage depends on experience.
