Responsibilities include assessment, behavior analysis, treatment planning, supervision of implementation, caregiver training, and ongoing coaching of behavioral technicians. Treatment plans address medical necessity and may occur in centers, homes, schools, communities, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager and work in a salaried, exempt, full‑time capacity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient Develop and maintain treatment plans Ensure all supervision hours are 100% treatment adherence each month Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths Analyze challenging behaviors to identify their function Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of protocols Direct behavior technicians in implementing new or revised protocols Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians Primarily work physically within the center to support technicians and follow best practices of direct observation Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress toward goals and adjust protocols based on data Update treatment plans at least once per month based on patient response Fulfill a minimum of 120 payor/client‑authorized billable hours per month, including supervisory and therapy hours Accurately communicate treatment response to stakeholders (caregivers, payers) Coordinate care with other professionals Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments Include caregivers as part of the treatment team, evidenced by consistent Caregiver Collaboration meetings Interact with payers collaboratively, professionally, thoroughly, and informatively Engage with payers for funding meetings such as IEP or peer reviews Stay current on best practices for ABA treatment to ensure clinical excellence Maintain appropriate documentation in Skills and the patient’s medical record Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements at all times Partner consistently and effectively with center leadership, including Operations Manager, Clinical Supervisors, Administrative Coordinator, Technician Leads, and others Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (required) Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (required) Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (required) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Empathetic and compassionate with strict confidentiality Collaborative teamwork with a positive, solution‑focused attitude Independent problem‑solving and clinical judgment Effective verbal and written communication Excellent time‑management and ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and comfortable learning new computer systems and iPads Desire to continuously learn and develop skillsets Willingness to work in various locations and with diverse patients Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Must pass tuberculosis test Proficiency in English, both written and verbal PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Work with patients seated on the floor or in small chairs; move throughout therapeutic settings Mate circumstances such as bending, kneeling, or reaching to assist patients or block aggressive behaviors Continuously track patients’ movements visually Occasionally bear weight of a patient who is leaning, pushing, etc. Frequently teach patients to use vocal speech and model speaking clearly Occasionally use modeling to teach gross and fine motor skills Work indoors and outdoors, including varying weather conditions Lift up to 30 lbs while assisting patients #CARD3 Click to access EEOC Workplace Poster Click to access IER Right to Work Poster and E-Verify CARD leads the world in effective treatment of autism, guided by science and inspired by compassion, to help people with autism and their families thrive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
