Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records across a remote, full-time role. You will own the employee lifecycle, ensure data accuracy, and partner with payroll and benefits teams to keep enrollments up to date.
