We are hiring Entry-Level Marketing, Event Staff, Promotional Assistants, and Customer Engagement Representatives to support retail events, promotional campaigns, customer service, and face-to-face marketing initiatives .

No previous marketing, sales, event, or customer service experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you learn the role and build valuable professional skills.

Depending on your position and training, responsibilities may include:

• Represent brands and organizations at retail events, promotional events, and community activities
• Engage directly with customers and event attendees
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and support
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about products, services, or campaigns
• Assist with promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for customers
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Learn campaign procedures, customer engagement techniques, and event best practices
• Support team goals while maintaining a professional customer experience
• Take on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills
