Reporting to the Finance Director, this position leads day‑to‑day accounting functions, oversees utility billing operations, and plays a key role in audit preparation, financial reporting, and system improvements. Ideal candidates bring strong governmental accounting experience (or comparable), a process‑oriented mindset, and the ability to balance technical work with team leadership.
