PT (Physical Therapist)

Physical Therapist (PT) Travel Contract | Yuma, AZ

We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week acute inpatient contract in Yuma, AZ at a Level II Trauma Center. This role supports patients across ED and Med Surg, working with a diverse caseload including total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis.

Assignment Details:

• Shift Options:

  • 5x8s (Days) with rotating weekend coverage (23 days/month)

  • 4x10s (SunWed or WedSat)

• Guaranteed Hours: 40/week

• Caseload: 810 patients per day

• Charting: EPIC

• Setting: Acute Inpatient

• Support: PTAs available

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year of PT experience outside of clinicals

• License: Active AZ PT license (may submit pending if exam passed)

• Certs: BLS (AHA)

• Strong understanding of pathology, lab values, and interdisciplinary communication
