Food Runner

Job Summary Delivers completed food orders to guest tables and/or bar. Verifies guest satisfaction and inquires about any additional needs initially. Collects and removes unneeded service ware. Provides chair, utensils, napkins, condiments, and cleans as needed. Maintains dining room cleanliness and sanitation standards. Position Details Hourly Rate: $22.66 Position type: Full Time Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities Delivers completed food orders to guest tables and/or bar. Verifies guest satisfaction and inquires about any additional needs initially. Collects and removes unneeded service ware from guest tables. Addresses any guest needs throughout the dining service. Replenishes utensils, napkins, condiments, and other dining room necessities. Assists in maintaining dining room cleanliness and sanitation standards. Reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager and completes required safety training and certifications. Follows all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance. Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and protects company assets. Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs. Communicates with others using clear and professional language and answers telephones with appropriate etiquette. Develops and maintains positive working relationships, supporting the team to reach common goals. Complies with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stands, sits, or walks for extended periods or throughout the entire shift, and lifts/carries objects weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance. Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
