Operational Excellence Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the company through process optimization and data-driven decision making, the full-time Operational Excellence Analyst will analyze and improve operational processes, collaborate with technology teams, and generate insights from data, all in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Partner with technology teams to support system implementations and optimize key mortgage operational systems Generate insights from business and operational data to support decision-making and drive productivity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in financial services, mortgage operations, or a related environment Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis Understanding of operational processes and structured process improvement methodologies Experience in collaborating across technical and business teams
