As an Insurance Sales Representative , you will play a vital role in protecting families and assets by offering Allstate insurance products. This position includes a base salary with the potential to earn between $60,000$80,000 or more annually through our competitive commission and bonus structure. Comprehensive training, leads, and career advancement opportunities are provided, along with the flexibility to work in-person, hybrid, or remote based on your needs.

Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including self-generated leads.
- Self-generated leads pay additional commission.
- Educate clients on insurance products and their benefits.
- Offer personalized solutions to protect clients families and assets.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
- A minimum of One Year Insurance Sales Experience with Property and Casualty License in Indiana
- Strong interest to better your sales career; sales experience Required.
- Confident, motivated, and able to work independently.
- Capable of multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to network and generate additional leads.
