As we establish our first U.S. flagship on Melrose Avenue, we are looking for an exceptional Boutique Manager & Keyholder to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store and play an important role in the growth of ISTINARA in Los Angeles.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines exceptional luxury client service with strong commercial instincts and operational discipline.
You will be trusted with the day-to-day management of the boutique, including opening and closing, sales, clienteling, high-value inventory, visual standards and supporting the wider store team.
As part of a growing independent luxury house, this role extends beyond traditional store management. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, proactive and excited by the opportunity to help build a client base and establish a new luxury destination in Los Angeles.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Melrose boutique.
• Delivering an exceptional and highly personalized luxury client experience.
• Driving store sales and consistently working toward individual and boutique targets.
• Developing and maintaining a strong client book through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Hosting private appointments, VIP clients, stylists and industry partners.
• Acting as a keyholder and managing opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining rigorous procedures around high-value inventory, security and daily counts.
• Ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and presentation throughout the boutique.
• Supporting, motivating and overseeing part-time Sales Associates.
• Monitoring store performance and providing regular sales and client feedback to the Founder.
• Supporting events, activations and collaborations held at the flagship.
• Developing an understanding of every ISTINARA collection and communicating its design, materials and craftsmanship with confidence.
• Acting as a true ambassador for ISTINARA and helping build our presence and community in Los Angeles.

Work will be based at our flagship boutique at 8446 Melrose Avenue, West Hollywood, Los Angeles .

Regular Store Hours:
Monday - Saturday: 11 a.m - 6 p.m
Sunday: 12 p.m - 5 p.m
You will be required to arrive 1 hour before opening and 30 min after closing.

Weekend availability and flexibility around private appointments, events and key retail periods will be required.

• You have strong experience within luxury retail, ideally jewelry, fine jewelry, watches, accessories or designer fashion.
• You have previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Keyholder, Senior Sales Associate or equivalent.
• You understand the expectations of a high-touch luxury client experience.
• You are an accomplished salesperson who can confidently develop relationships and close high-value sales.
• You understand clienteling and proactively cultivate relationships beyond the initial store visit.
• You are highly trustworthy and comfortable assuming responsibility for high-value merchandise and store security procedures.
• You are commercially minded and motivated by sales targets and performance.
• You are polished, articulate and confident representing a luxury brand.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented and able to operate independently.
• You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative is valued.
• You have a genuine appreciation for jewelry, design, craftsmanship and storytelling.
