Your Role at Batesville: As a Paint Associate , you will be responsible for painting production items according to work orders, preparing surfaces, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The expected pay for this role is $21.59 per hour , with a $1 increase after 90 days . Actual compensation may vary based on department assignment. Clean and prepare parts for painting, ensuring proper surface readiness. Load and unload paint booth stacks and prepare parts for inspection. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Support team efficiency and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment. Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Maintain reliable and regular attendance. What You’ll Bring: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
