Schedule: Monday–Friday
Job Summary
Our Company is hiring a personable, results-driven Staffing Sales & Client Services Associate for our New York team. You'll often be the first point of contact for candidates and clients, helping them navigate placements and workforce solutions with clarity and care — because meaningful employment starts with real relationships.
Responsibilities
● Engage job seekers and client companies to understand hiring needs and career goals
● Respond to candidate and employer inquiries with timely, helpful resolutions
● Support presentation and coordination of recruitment solutions and staffing strategies
● Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
● Collaborate with the recruitment and sales team to hit placement targets
● Build ongoing knowledge of hiring trends and staffing best practices
Qualifications
● Experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or HR
● Strong written and verbal communication
● Genuine interest in helping people find work
● Organized multitasker in a fast-paced setting
● CRM/ATS familiarity a plus
● Eager to grow in staffing and recruitment
● HR/recruiting certifications a plus but not required
