Stone Warehouse USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Michigan. Responsibilities Establish and build customer relationships with clients. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Maintain knowledge of products and services. Assist in material selections by walking with homeowners, builders, designers, and fabricators. Make follow-up phone calls to ensure material selections and sales. Demonstrate strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills. Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and effectively managing multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills. At least one reference will be required.
