Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Experience: 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 6 months worked in the last 12 months. Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Central Maine Healthcare and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Central Maine Healthcare. Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry. Interpretation of dysrhythmias. Management of dysrhythmias. Preferred Skills/Experience: Bariatric experience preferred. Unit Details: Med-Surg/Telemetry unit with a high-churn surgical population. Common diagnoses/treatments include medical management of diabetes mellitus and pneumonia, trauma, general surgery, bariatrics, plastics, and urology. Uses specialty bariatric beds, wound vacs, Prevena vacs, Baxter IV pumps, and Omnicell. Ultrasound IV team available 7am-10pm; IV assistance usually available as needed. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. Call requirements: None.
