As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Packaging Operator Pay Range: Max: 24.75 Shift: Night Shift (12.5 hours, 2/2/3 rotation, 7pm-7:30am) What's the Job? Operate state-of-the-art fully automated toothpaste packaging lines operating at speeds up to 450 tubes per minute Handle packaging materials including cases, cartons, shippers, labels, wrap, slip sheets, caps, corners, pallets, and finished goods Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment to ensure optimal performance Perform autonomous maintenance activities and assist technicians with preventive maintenance Conduct inventories of packaging materials and finished products, ensuring accurate documentation and quality checks What's Needed? High school diploma or GED Ability to work 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off Basic computer skills including data entry, email, and Microsoft Word and Excel Credential requirements: 100004, 100003, 100065, 100069, 100041, 100067 Willingness to perform activities with a focus on safety and compliance What's in it for me?
