Truck Dispatcher

Larkin Express is a growing and fast-paced logistics company dedicated to delivering reliable transportation solutions. We’re seeking a motivated and organized Trucking Dispatcher to join our team and help manage daily operations and customer relationships for our dedicated operation. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage 15–20 drivers to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries. Work with our customer to Dispatch 15 trucks daily while coordinating schedules, routes, and load assignments. Account management : Maintain strong relationships with clients, resolve issues promptly, and ensure service expectations are met. Provide high-level customer service by communicating proactively with shippers, receivers, and clients. Respond to real-time changes, delays, or emergencies with urgency and problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and deliveries Bill customers accurately and timely , ensuring all load and rate details are correctly documented and invoiced. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation (preferred). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with DOT regulations and ELD systems (preferred). Proficiency with ELD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
