CBRF Medication Aide 
Part-Time & Per Diem | $22.00 per hour | 
Bay Harbor of DeForest | De Forest, WI 

We’re seeking a CBRF Medication Aide to provide safe, accurate medication administration and support to residents.

What You'll Do as a CBRF Medication Aide:   

• Administer medications in accordance with CBRF regulations. 
• Accurately document medication administration, monitor residents for changes in condition, and report concerns.
• Provide reassurance and support to residents overnight.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment.
• Communicate effectively with nursing and leadership teams.

What You'll Need:   

• Active CBRF Certificate 
• At least 1 year of medication administration and caregiving experience
