Cook (Full-Time)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable cooks to join our culinary team at La Tourelle Inn & Spa. We are currently hiring for two full-time positions (mixed-shift schedule). As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences and ensuring a positive start and end to our guests' days. Duties

• Prepare and cook delicious meals for both breakfast and dinner services according to our menu standards
• Ensure all food is prepared safely, accurately, and presented beautifully
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ingredient needs to management
• Collaborate with the front of house staff to ensure timely order delivery and guest satisfaction
• Follow all strict food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Set up, maintain, and break down kitchen stations for the respective AM and PM shifts

Experience

• Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred
• Familiarity with both high-volume breakfast and evening dinner service operations
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation regulations
• Experience working with commercial kitchen equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
