Capability to maintain accurate records and perform basic logging duties. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of vehicle insurance. Preferred Qualifications: Certification as a Personal Care Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or equivalent is preferred but will provide training to the right individual. Experience working in an assisted living facility or home care environment. Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service in healthcare settings. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Monitor and document patient conditions, behaviors, and any changes, ensuring accurate logging and timely communication with healthcare staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the mental and emotional well-being of individuals under care. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment in accordance with assisted living facility standards and protocols. Support front desk operations as needed, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and coordinating appointments or activities.
