Bonuses $4,000 Retention Bonus Available! *** Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Sioux Falls, SD Employment Shift: Evening and Overnight Shifts Available; Full-time or Part-time. Starting Pay: $18.50-$23 per hour + shift differentials. (Compensation will be determined by a set wage scale based on skill set and years of experience) Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide light housekeeping and cleaning of resident rooms and equipment. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary. Participate in resident activities and recreational programs. Attend to all resident personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to grooming, hygiene, dining and nutritional needs, mobility, elimination, psychosocial and safety needs. Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred, but not required. Willingness to complete on-the-job training if not certified. Compassion, patience, and a desire to work with seniors. Strong communication skills Punctual with good attendance Benefits Competitive hourly wage.
