Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting throughout the duration of surgical procedures
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required by the surgical team
• Participate in on-call rotation, including one to three 12-hour call shifts per 6-week schedule covering Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
• Remain available for extended shifts up to two hours past the standard shift end time, approximately 1–2 days per week (until 1915)
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, surgical protocols, and patient safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work day shifts from 0645–1715
• Ability to fulfill on-call obligations including weekend and holiday coverage
• Flexibility to stay beyond standard shift end time as operationally needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an Operating Room or perioperative nursing environment
• Familiarity with scrub and circulating roles across multiple surgical specialties
• Experience managing on-call responsibilities in a fast-paced surgical setting
