Offers practical guidance (e.g., coping strategies, navigating services, building routines) based on what has worked for them personally. Supports recovery goals by helping people set and work toward goals like stability, wellness, employment/education, or community connection. Builds trusting, nonjudgmental relationships and encourages self-advocacy and independence. Works alongside clinicians and community providers (when applicable) to share insights and promote coordinated, person-centered care. Helps reduce isolation by connecting people to groups, resources, and community activities. What You'll Bring Education & Experience High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a human services‑related field Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered Required Clearances & Qualifications PA Criminal Clearance PA Child Abuse Clearance (if applicable) Valid Driver’s License Not listed on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion lists What’s in it for you?
