Tribute Eatery & Bar in Coralville, IA is hiring experienced Bartenders to join our team!

Tribute Eatery & Bar is a lively full-service restaurant and bar serving comfort food, craft cocktails, curated wines, and local beers. With an energetic vibe and a welcoming team culture, we’ve quickly become a go-to spot in the Coralville community.

Compensation for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts range from 4–8 hours depending on availability. Evening and weekend availability required, with select holiday availability as needed.

Full-time Benefits: Available for all full-time employees who work on average 35 hours per week or more.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome bar guests promptly and create a friendly, energetic atmosphere
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to company standards
• Maintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings, menu items, and drink preparation
• Fulfill dining room beverage tickets accurately and efficiently
• Follow service standards to ensure consistent guest experiences
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive hospitality throughout service
• Build positive guest interactions that reflect the 30hop brand and culture
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, stocked, and service ready at all times
• Complete opening, running, and closing sidework duties
• Process guest checks and payments accurately and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar tools, equipment, and glassware
• Support team members and restaurant operations as needed
• Perform additional duties assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a high volume environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
