Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet goals. • 18 years or older
• Preferred previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
