What you get from us as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) • $3,250 full-time sign on bonus and $2,500 part-time Sign on bonus offered • Starting rates based on experience • $1,000 referral bonus PT & $2,000 referral bonus FT with unlimited potential • Get paid daily with Tap Check • Excellent low-cost benefits • Home-like atmosphere with 48 beds What will you do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents. - Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and feeding. - Support residents with toileting, colostomy care, transferring, and mobility exercises. - Ensure the dignity and respect of all residents are maintained during care tasks. - Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Must be fully certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through the state. - Ability to perform physical tasks associated with CNA responsibilities. - Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to resident care. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
