Straight Truck Driver

Job Description

The Straight Truck Driver plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods on local daily routes. As part of a team, the driver operates an assigned vehicle and utilizes company-provided navigation tools, including GPS, to complete deliveries efficiently while maintaining vehicle safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Operate assigned straight truck for local deliveries
Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the vehicle
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate log documentation and records
Provide professional and courteous customer interaction

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience

Preferred Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
Experience with detailed vehicle inspections
Strong record-keeping skills
