The experience that translates best here isn't window knowledge, but knowing how to walk into someone's home, earn their trust quickly, and guide them through a real decision. If you've run in-home appointments in HVAC, garage doors, or home improvement, that skill carries directly.

What the role looks like: Appointments are pre-set with Denver homeowners who are already interested. Windows Now isn't about selling homeowners on the spot, but rather about helping them buy with confidence.

What we're looking for:

• In-home appointment experience in any trade or home services field
• Coachable — trust the process before trying to change it
• Professional, personable, and self-accountable
• Comfortable with commission-based income

What you'll earn: $75,000–$150,000+ uncapped, tied directly to performance.
