Occupational Therapist (OTR) - Full-TimeLocation: Burleson, TX Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Setting: Pediatric Outpatient ClinicPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join a growing pediatric outpatient clinic. This is a full-time treating clinician role focused on providing high-quality, individualized occupational therapy services to children from birth through age 21. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and confident managing a pediatric caseload independently.ScheduleFull-TimeMonday-FridayChoose between: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts), or5-day workweek (8-hour shifts)Clinic hours: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PMNo weekends or on-call responsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, sensory, and physical disabilities.Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover of therapy goals.Maintain medical necessity documentation and EMR records.Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members.Manage an independent pediatric caseload while meeting productivity expectations.Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment.Patient PopulationTreat children from birth through age 21 with diagnoses including: Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Delays, Sensory Processing Disorders, Fine Motor & Coordination Deficits, Self-Care Delays, Feeding Difficulties, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Neurological Disorders, Muscle Weakness, Other developmental and medically complex conditions.
