Sr Cybersecurity Engineer

What You’ll DoWork with a larger Operational Technology Cybersecurity team at the Disneyland Resort to: Advocate for and uphold design standards during multidiscipline projects Develop and manage scope and schedule for the team’s various projects throughout the resort Partner with system engineering groups to hit project goals and deadlines on budget Clearly communicate technical requirements to technical, and nontechnical audiences Contribute to network design architecture standards Interpret, create, redline, and review technical drawings Introduce scalable processes across Cybersecurity capabilities Partner with system engineering groups to maintain reliability and availability of our attractions Take on secondary and tertiary responsibilities as requiredRequired Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 5 years of related working experience in network security Experience working on technical projects Flexible and adaptable to new challenges Ability to work individually with minimal supervision and as an integral part of a team Knowledge of network and system security procedures, best practices, and the implementation and analysis of network documentation and diagrams Able to work non-traditional hours (occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays), in non-traditional settings. This can include backstage areas that could involve dark spaces, elevated walkways, and industrial environmentsPreferred Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in: Entertainment venues or attractions/theme park industryIndustrial automation/manufacturing controls Leading technical projects involving multiple disciplines/teamsRequired Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related engineering fieldPreferred Education: One or more general security certifications including Security+, CySA+, CCNA Cyber Ops, AWS, GSEC, GICSP, CISSP, or other relevant certificationsProject management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.Job Description: Would you like to be part of the team that is tasked with the Operational Technology Cybersecurity of our Ride and Show control systems at The Walt Disney Company?
