Job Title BCBA Analyst – Apple Valley, CA Salary and Sign‑On Bonus $90,000 - $100,000 annually with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus upon approval. Schedule 8‑hour shift Monday to Friday Job Summary Provide ongoing consultation using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Design, implement, write, and maintain Behavior Support Plans as needed, using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed. Regular review and maintenance of data collection toward behavior plan goals. Conduct ongoing training and provide ongoing support for direct service professionals, home administrators, program managers, and other professionals as needed. Attend multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other professionals in ongoing development and maintenance of behavior support plans. Independently gather information to make a decision. Research topics or areas of specialty that are unfamiliar. Work independently when limited supervision is present. Communicate clearly and effectively with others. Essential Functions Attend meetings, conferences, and conduct trainings in support of staff in behavior support plan implementation. Have reliable transportation for in‑home visitation when required. Provide ongoing supervision for RBT candidates and certificate holders as needed. Review and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of behavior support plans and make changes as needed. Perform job responsibilities using a combination of in‑person and indirect (remote) services. Education and Experience Master’s degree in a related field preferred; BCBA credential required. Minimum 3 years of designing and implementing behavior support plans. Experience with adults with developmental disabilities. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly. Ability to respond quickly to sounds. Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations. Other Requirements Must have a valid California ID or driver’s license. Candidate must successfully pass all pre‑employment requirements, including background check, physical, and other assessments. If required to drive, must possess proof of valid insurance and registration and be at least 21 years of age to drive.
