Job Details Job Location: Winnfield, LA 71483. Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) at Innovate Rehab and Wellness. Status: Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. Schedule: Monday – Friday (Flexible). Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 based on experience, availability & location.
