Are you passionate about baking and creating delicious, handcrafted breads? Our bakery is looking for a dedicated Bread Baker to join our team. In this role, you will mix, shape, and bake a variety of breads using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients. This is an overnight baking position (10:00 pm to 6:30 am). $500 signing bonus after successful completion of 90-day Introductory Period.
Responsibilities:
Prepare doughs and bake breads according to established recipes and schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Monitor ovens and adjust baking processes as needed for consistent results.
Collaborate with the team to develop new bread varieties.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
