If you're the kind who shows up, stacks fast, and doesn't back down from a little sweat—we've got a spot with your name on it.Benefits: Weekly pay that actually shows up on time Solid benefits -we're talking medical, dental, vision, disability 401(k) optional – save up while you stack up Employee discounts – treat yourself without killing your walletJob DutiesLoad and unload furniture, packages, and freight safely and efficiently.Lift, move, carry, stage, wrap, scan, and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse.Sort and prepare customer orders for shipping and distribution.Verify inventory quantities and assist with inventory control.Stage products for loading, delivery, and warehouse storage.Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely (as authorized).Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using warehouse scanners and documentation.Assist with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse operations.Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse safety standards.Support team members and complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.Furniture warehouse or heavy product handling experience is a plus.Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as business demands require.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting and material handling tasks.Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.Life's messy sometimes.
