Precision CNC Programmer–Machinist (Aerospace Components)
Join a team where flight-critical parts are crafted with intention. Bring your multi-axis milling expertise and programming know-how to a shop that values precision over repetition.
Impact- Own setups and operation on 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills for aerospace components.
- Translate engineering drawings and GD&T into repeatable, spec-perfect parts.
- Input offsets, optimize toolpaths, and make on-machine edits to G-code/M-code.
- Validate every critical feature using calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
- Troubleshoot machining challenges and perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Keep your cell organized, clear, and ready for the next run.
- 3+ years in CNC milling with experience on 3-axis or 5-axis equipment.
- Proven ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances.
- Strong shop math with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience on Fanuc, Fidia C20, Siemens, Haas, or similar controllers.
- Working knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code).
