Industrial Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

A. O. Smith is seeking an Industrial Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations producing advanced water heating and treatment products. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will troubleshoot production issues, use PLC diagnostics and technical drawings to identify root causes, and complete timely repairs to minimize downtime. Working in a safety-focused, performance-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities include installing and aligning machinery, maintaining utilities that support manufacturing, documenting work in a CMMS, and contributing to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
