Retail Brand Ambassador

Pay & Schedule Pay: $20–$22 per hour + commission. Earning potential $20–$30 per hour on average with commission. Schedule varies (weekends required). Full‑time and part‑time available. Role Overview Retail Lead Generators work inside national home improvement retail stores to promote HVAC services, heating and air conditioning tune‑ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. Serve as a promotions specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements. Function as a lead‑generator and appointment setter, scheduling in‑home consultations or tune‑ups with service technicians and advisors. This role does not involve door‑to‑door canvassing. Qualifications Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers. Retail, kiosk, or sales experience (preferred, not required). Customer service experience (preferred). Ability to stand and walk during shifts. Weekend and some holiday availability. Reliable transportation. Clean, professional appearance representing the brand.
