Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM until finish
Location: Mansfield, MA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with reach trucks, RF scanners, and electric pallet jacks and is comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

Operate a reach truck and electric pallet jack safely to move and transport products.
Use an RF scanner to locate, scan, pick, and verify orders accurately.
Select products according to customer orders and warehouse requirements.
Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain productivity and accuracy while meeting daily order-picking goals.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

Previous reach truck experience is required.
RF scanner experience is required.
Electric pallet jack experience is required.
Previous warehouse order-picking or distribution center experience.
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, starting at 2:30 PM and staying until work is finished.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
