Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring packaging workers for a manufacturing/CPG production company in Eden Prairie and Chaska, MN. In this role, youll help produce quality products while supporting efficient production lines in a fast-paced environment. • Operate and support production lines to meet output and quality goals
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Perform line changeovers and maintain production readiness
• Identify and report maintenance, quality, and safety issues
• Follow cleaning and sanitizing procedures to maintain a safe workspace
• Rotate between workstations and assist across production areas
• Apply lean manufacturing practices, including 5S standards

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for 810 hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and follow basic work instructions in English
• Basic math skills are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation to Eden Prairie or Chaska locations
