Location: My Place Hotel – Mesa, Arizona About the Role As a Room Attendant at My Place Hotel, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our property. Your efforts will directly impact guest satisfaction and help us uphold our high service standards. We are looking for individuals who are detail‑oriented, friendly, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all assigned guest rooms and public areas, including changing linens, inspecting mattress pads, blankets, and bedspreads for cleanliness, stains, and tears, and sorting laundry as directed. Bathroom Cleaning: Remove all used towels from guest rooms and bathrooms, replace them with clean ones, and scrub the vanity, toilet, bathtub, mirror, and floor to ensure they are spotless and hygienic. Re‑fresh Room: Open windows in guest rooms to let in fresh air, contributing to a pleasant and inviting environment. Carpet Care: Vacuum carpets in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, checking for and removing any debris found behind or under furniture. Maintenance Coordination: Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues in guest rooms to the maintenance team promptly. Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks for guest rooms and public areas as assigned, ensuring thorough and high‑quality standards. Key Security: Keep master keys and any room keys collected during cleaning secure, ensuring proper handling. Cart and Storage Organization: Restock and organize the cart and storage areas at the end of each shift, ensuring supplies are readily available for the next shift. Trash and Vacuum Maintenance: Empty vacuum cleaners daily and transport trash to the outside dumpster. Safety and Security: Report any potential safety or security hazards to management immediately to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
