Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN

Overview Ozark Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice and applicable regulations. Responsibilities Provide resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel. Coordinate care with physicians and other medical professionals within the scope of the state Nurse Practice Act. Ensure delivery of quality nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. Qualifications A passion for working with seniors. A flexible, energetic, and positive personality. Active, in-good-standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred. Professional appearance and behavior. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
