Pharmacy Technician | Clovis, California

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy technician position is available to support a health center retail pharmacy during a maternity leave coverage expected to last 5 to 6 months. This role requires a dependable individual to ensure smooth pharmacy operations and meet the needs of the community.

Location: Parlier, CA (Candidate likely based in Fresno, CA with a daily commute of 20+ minutes; no mileage reimbursement)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Perform typical retail/community pharmacy technician duties within a health center environment
Accurately prepare and dispense medications using the Rx30 system
Assist pharmacists and provide excellent customer service to patients
Maintain pharmacy workflow and adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy technician experience required
Strong reliability and punctuality essential; candidate must be 100% dependable with no call outs or late arrivals
Spanish language skills are highly preferred but not required
Familiarity with the Rx30 pharmacy system is necessary

This contract opportunity begins between August 31 and September 8 and is ideal for a pharmacy technician ready to provide consistent and professional service throughout the coverage period.
