Employment Specialist/Coordinator for Pre-ETS StudentsBloom Consulting is seeking a passionate and dedicated Employment Specialist to join our Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program in Missoula, MT. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow alongside the organization and help build a position with long-term impact.Position DetailsTitle: Employment Specialist/Coordinator for Pre-ETS StudentsLocation: Missoula, MTHours: depends on case load - up to 40 hours per weekSalary: $20-$25/hourSupervisor: Christine MorrisonResponsibilitiesSet up and coordinate Work-Based Learning Experiences, Job shadows, and/or Informational Interviews with local employers.Support students as they practice workplace skills and navigate job expectations.Establish and maintain strong relationships with local employers, addressing any concerns or behaviors that arise on-site.Market the program to businesses to create new employment opportunities for students.Document student progress and attend meetings with VRBS, School Liaisons, and employers as needed.Some travel in the greater Missoula AreaTraining as required by the state of MontanaQualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is required.Proven ability to build connections with businesses and market programs is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with High Schools, students, employers, and stakeholders.Able to manage schedule and maintain case notes and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.Interview ProcessAn email will be sent to qualified candidates requesting an interview.
