8-10 years’ experience in Industrial / manufacturing engineering
Experience in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments
Productivity improvement projects with cost savings
Highly experienced in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma
Time Study Techniques – MODAPTS / MOST, video time study, VA/NVA
Line Balancing & Yamazumi Analysis
Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
SOP & Work Instruction Development
Capacity Planning & Productivity Analysis
Production planning and scheduling
Factory Layout & Space Utilization Planning
AutoCAD / Factory CAD
PFMEA, Control Plans, RCA & CAPA
Lead tooling, fixture, workstation, and assembly equipment development initiatives
Warehouse optimization initiatives
Industrial Ergonomics
Production KPI Analysis
Exposure to automation and smart manufacturing systems
