Fund Accounting Supervisor

Summary: A growing financial services firm is seeking an experienced fund accounting professional to oversee private equity fund accounting/administration and client delivery.Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.Key responsibilities include:Oversee NAV preparation and review, investor allocations, capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest, and waterfall calculationsReview fund accounting deliverables and ensure calculations are completed in accordance with fund documents and LPAsManage and develop a team of fund accountants, including review, training, workload allocation, and delivery oversightCoordinate with clients, auditors, banks, custodians, and other service providersReview financial statements, audit support, regulatory reporting, fund expenses, and other client deliverablesEnsure service deadlines, controls, and client requirements are consistently metSupport process improvements, technology initiatives, reporting xhyhwjd enhancements, and internal projectsQualifications:5+ years of fund accounting/administration or related experiencePrivate equity experienceStrong knowledge of private equity fund structures, LPAs, management fees, carried interest, and waterfall calculations
