Gear Up to Own This Chat Support Job: 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus). Strong oral communication skills with a clear, pleasant speaking voice. Ability to remain professional, courteous, and helpful with callers. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life (Chat Support Style) Route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Greet callers promptly, courteously, and professionally. Screen callers, respond to routine information requests, and direct inquiries as needed. Utilize phone directories and departmental contacts to locate individuals.
