Shift: Standard clinical hours with on-call rotation

Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

Experience: Prior outpatient and inpatient orthopedic surgical experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (based on a comprehensive package discussed upon application)

Pay Package includes: Competitive salary starting at $600,000+ annually, $50,000 signing bonus, and up to $100,000 in student loan repayment support over five years

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized orthopedic surgical care in a busy, multi-specialty clinic on hospital campus
• Conduct patient consultations, perform surgeries, and follow-up procedures
• Manage inpatient hospital care directly or via collaboration
• Participate in a flexible call rotation and weekend coverage
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers, nursing, and other specialists
• Mentor and work alongside advanced practice providers and clinical staff
• Contribute to patient safety and high-quality care standards

What You Need

Required:

• Illinois or Missouri medical license in good standing
• Certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Experience in surgical and outpatient orthopedic care

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospital-based orthopedic practice
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• BLS/ACLS certifications (if applicable)
