PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known aluminum manufacturer to provide dependable, knowledgeable temp to hire associates in Belding, MI.

This is a short-term project (6 - 10 weeks) that could turn into a full-time opportunity for associates who show strong attendance and performance.

Order Packer Job Summary
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• $19.34 per hour (1st Shift)
• Pack aluminum products for shipment off of skids
• Label, sort, and prepare customer orders
• Inspect products for quality prior to packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in other production departments as needed

Order Packer Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Steel toe footwear, safety glasses, and ear plugs required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and walk throughout shift
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
