Position Care Partner Location Lee’s Summit, Missouri Position Type Full Time Overview Our team is seeking dedicated Care Partners who support residents with care and companionship in a home-like environment that prioritizes empathy, respect, and quality of life. Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday; Week 2: Monday/Saturday/Sunday 7:00am–7:00pm Starting Wage $17.50–$24.25 per hour Location Address The Princeton Senior Living, 1701 SE Oldham Pkwy, Lee’s Summit, Missouri 64081 Responsibilities Be an Advocate of Empathy: create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments and understand the importance of empathy. Be a Generous Gift Giver: be present, share talents, and be someone others can count on. Be Engaged: stay curious, ask questions, and engage in development, growth, and training within the organization. Be Proactive: assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Support residents by assisting sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall when needed. Qualifications Minimum age: eighteen (18) years. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Positive and energetic attitude toward residents. Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall. Criminal background clearances as required.
