CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer - Direct Hire
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to work within a manufacturing organization specializing in high-precision machining, in Green Bay, WI . As a CNC Programmer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $28 - $33+ per hour (depending on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes using G & M code and CAM software
• Develop machining processes, tooling selections, and set up instructions for new and existing parts
• Support machinists with troubleshooting programs, setups, tooling, and machining issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and the Machine Shop to improve manufacturability and efficiency

What's Needed?

• 3 + years of CNC Programming, setup and hands-on machining experience preferred. Will consider less experience and willing to train the right person
• Candidates must have lathe and mill programming experience, along with proficiency in Mastercam software
• Experience with programming CNC mills and lathes
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks and Inventor is preferred
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of CNC programming, setup, and hands-on machining experience preferred
