As a Senior Solutions Engineer you'll build, maintain, and refine high-performance, scalable systems through your collaboration in the development, infrastructure, and product discussions from conception to completion. You have recommendations on how to imagine, develop and launch solutions with transformative power. From digital and cloud solutions to original and developing technology products and services, you will address challenges at their core. You have at least 7 years of software engineering experience with expertise in: Java, .Net, JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, Angular, HTML/CSS, Typescript, VueJS, REST API services, SAP, Azure, AWS, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Event-driven Architecture, and DevOps practices. You're thoughtful in your approach to software engineering practices. You enable a future-ready, high-quality, and responsive code base. You have a foundation of technical ability, business acumen, leadership skills, and a desire to provide knowledge transfer. You have technology vendor management experience. Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $110,253-$176,405 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
